Inaugural Golf Scramble & BBQ Dinner Fund Raiser
The event, in celebration of National Police Week, is a four-person scramble, with check-in at 9:30 a.m. and a shotgun start at 11 a.m. The dinner and prize ceremony at the Balboa Pavilion begins at 5 p.m. Current law enforcement officers eat free, and walk-in dinner tickets are available for $25.
The price is $90 per person; registration forms are available at www.HSVCPAAA.com and must be submitted by May 10. Donations and sponsors are welcome. HSVCPAAA is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization; a portion of registration fees is tax-deductible, as are all donations and sponsorships.
The mission of the HSVCPAAA is “to support the efforts of the Hot Springs Village Police Department to improve the general welfare of our residents, by dedicating resources for meaningful positive community outreach and awareness.” The group is currently raising funds for a MILO firearms training simulator to for law enforcement personnel in Hot Springs Village and surrounding cities.
